No. Each couple gets one private link with their quote, contract, questionnaire and invoices. Nothing to sign up for.
What is Snappy, exactly?
A CRM for photographers with an AI employee built in. Snappy keeps your enquiries, bookings, contracts and payments in one place, answers questions about your business from your real records, drafts emails in your voice and tells you each morning what needs you.
Can I bring my clients from Studio Ninja?
Yes. Export a spreadsheet, import it here, and your bookings and enquiries arrive as records. Couples whose weddings have passed don't get any emails.
How do couples pay?
By bank transfer with the details on your invoice, or by card through your own Stripe account. The money goes straight to you.
What if the AI emails run out?
Emails use your template wording until the 1st of next month. Top up with 100 more for $10, or move up a plan.
Does Snappy make things up?
No. It only answers from what's in your CRM and links to the records it used. Totals come from the same sums as your Analytics page, and if something's missing it says so.
Is it only for photographers?
